ARTICLE I: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY WINDOW)
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without providing a reason, provided that you have not yet accessed, viewed, or downloaded the digital product.
If you have not downloaded the digital files, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. To exercise this right, please contact our Billing Support team via the link provided in your purchase receipt.
ARTICLE II: DIGITAL CONTENT EXCEPTION
By purchasing a digital legal template from Legal Atorney, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
Immediate Delivery: You provide express consent for the digital content to be delivered to you immediately upon successful payment.
Loss of Withdrawal Right: You acknowledge that once you click the "Download" link, access the files via a provided URL, or otherwise initiate the delivery of the digital content, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, and the sale becomes final.
Nature of Digital Goods: Because our products are information-based digital files that cannot be "returned" once accessed, refunds are not available for any products that have been downloaded or accessed.
ARTICLE III: TECHNICAL DEFECTS
In the unlikely event that a digital file is corrupted, unreadable, or contains a technical defect that prevents its intended use, we will provide a replacement file at no additional cost.
Reporting Period: You must report any technical defects to support@legalatorney.com within 14 days of purchase.
Resolution: A refund will be issued if our technical team is unable to provide a functional replacement file within a reasonable timeframe.
ARTICLE IV: DUPLICATE PURCHASES
If you accidentally purchase the same digital kit more than once, please contact our Billing Support within 14 days. Upon verification that the second set of files has not been accessed or downloaded, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
ARTICLE V: DISPUTES AND LOGS
We maintain comprehensive delivery logs, including IP addresses and timestamps, for all digital downloads. These logs serve as definitive evidence of product delivery and will be used to resolve any billing disputes or unjustified chargeback claims.
